• If the Judge grants a waiver for the mandatory fee, the Umatilla County Victim Assistance Office must receive the documentation before the panel date.
• NO FOOD, NO BEVERAGES, and NO BACKPACKS/LARGE PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING! No exceptions
• NO children under the age of 16.
• NO signs of impairment allowed.
