Transportation Services

Transit Development Plan

The TDP is intended to guide future transit investments and create a coordinated transit service across all of Umatilla County.

Transportation Advisory Committee

The TAC is responsible for advising and assisting the County Commissioners in carrying out the purpose of STIF funds.

Special Transportation Fund

The STF program provides a flexible, coordinated, reliable and continuing source of revenue for transportation services for seniors and people with disabilities.

Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund

The STIF program provides a dedicated source of funding to expand public transportation service in Oregon communities.

EOGO is an informational website which provides links to different Public Transit Providers throughout rural Eastern Oregon and Southeastern Washington.

Public Notices

The Umatilla County Board of Commissioners adopted the STIF Formula Fund Plan for 2026-2027 at a public meeting on January 15, 2025. The adopted plan is consistent with the recommendation of the Umatilla County Transportation Advisory Committee.
