New dwellings are not automatically allowed on

Boundary Line Adjustments - The flexibility of boundary line adjustments will be affected between parcels in these zones. For example, a parcel in the EFU-10 zone could not be adjusted below 10 acres in size. |

decision of the Planning Commission and denied
the Appeal. An appeal was filed with the

COSNER V. UMATILLA COUNTY, LUBA No. 2011-070, 071 and 072
The recently adopted County Ordinance 2011-05, 2011-06
and 2011-07 implementing the Development Code update for
Section 152.616 (HHH) Commercial Wind Generation Siting
criteria was appealed to the Land Use Board of Appeals.
COSNER V. UMATILLA COUNTY, LUBA No. 2011-070, 071 &
072 are the file numbers associated with each of the three
local ordinances. Below is the entire record
submitted by the County to LUBA. The record was
divided into 8 volumes which consisted of some 4,442
pages.
