You must have a reservation to use a conference room. Any changes to
those reservations must be cleared through the point of contact for the
particular room or facility. All reservations made by non-county
entities will be charged a fee for the use of the conference rooms. The
fee schedule is found at the county
ordinance link under Title 3, Section39.214.

22, 114 and 316 must be made with the information desk at

From eastbound Interstate 84, exit 210, left off exit ramp to Court
Street intersection (traffic signal) left on Court Street, travel three

Room 22: located in the
basement of the courthouse. Upon entering the courthouse from the 4th
Street entrance proceed across the foyer and take the stairwell down to
the basement or take the elevator located in the foyer to the basement.
In the basement foyer, turn right and proceed to the second door on the
right. Room 22 is primarily the location for departmental meetings and
mediations.
Room 114: located nearest the Dorian Avenue end of the
courthouse. Upon entering the courthouse from the 4th Street entrance,
turn right and proceed to the next to the last door on the left. Room
114 can accommodate up to 35 persons comfortably and is the location
for the bi - monthly Board of Commissioners' meetings.
Room 121: located inside the Board of Commissioners' office
suite. Upon entering the courthouse from the 4th Street entrance, turn
left and proceed to the first door on the right. The conference room is
located just inside the common area of the suite and can accommodate up
to 15 persons comfortably. This room is usually the location for the
Board of Commissioners' administrative and constituent meetings.
Room 316: located on the 3rd floor of the courthouse. Upon entering the courthouse take the stairwell or the elevator to the third floor. Upon reaching the third floor foyer, Room 316 is directly across the foyer from the stairwell. If exiting the elevator, turn right to report to Room 316.

Dennis D. Doherty Conference Room:
Upon entering the courthouse,
proceed halfway through the foyer, passing the reception area.
The
Dennis D. Doherty Conference Room is on the right, characterized by a
removable glass wall, allowing the county to expand the capacity of the
meeting room. The Dennis D. Doherty meeting room is used for a
variety
of meetings and has a capacity expanding from 45 when the wall is
closed to 80 when the glass wall is opened.
Room 120: Upon entering
the courthouse, proceed across the foyer
to the hallway on the left, turn down the hallway and proceed to the
last door on the left. Room 120 is primarily used as a grand jury
room, for the drug court treatment program and mediations and has a
capacity not exceeding 15 persons. Upon occasion, this room may
be
reserved for other meetings.
Room 121: Upon
entering the courthouse, proceed across the
foyer to the hallway

left. Room 121 is primarily used as a grand jury room and for
mediations and has a capacity not exceeding

JIC Media Room: Upon
entering the JIC from the main (east) entrance,

up for the use of news media, but is also one of the larger meeting
rooms in the county facilities. The Media Room has the capacity
to
seat approximately 50 people at conference tables.
