INVITATION
TO BID
Umatilla County, Oregon is seeking
bids for design, printing and
distribution
of an emergency information calendar.
Desired quantity is 22,000. The
calendar will include text and color photos and is to be printed on 11
x 17
inch 70 pound paper with aqueous coating, constructed in wire stitch /
saddle
style. The project includes a return
mailer card and a single hole punch / hanger. The
selected vendor will also be responsible
for mailing the project to postal customers throughout Umatilla /
Morrow Counties. Postage is not to be included in the bid.
Delivery of the final product will be no later
than November 22, 2010.
Sealed
bids will be received
by Umatilla County CSEPP at its office in Pendleton, Oregon until 3:00
p.m. Pacific Daylight Time
September 3, 2010.
Each sealed bid must be plainly marked on the outside of the
envelope as
“Bid for Emergency Management Calendar.”
Bids must be submitted by mail or courier no later than 3:00
p.m., to
Calendar Bid, Umatilla County CSEPP, 4700 NW Pioneer Place, Pendleton,
OR 97801. Bids received by facsimile are not
acceptable. Bids
received after the date and hour specified above, will not be accepted
under
any circumstances and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
Umatilla County does not
