Public Records Request

The Umatilla County Sheriff's Office is committed to providing public access to records in a manner that is consistent with the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.001 et seq.).

To make a Public Records request please fill out the Public Records Request Form. There is a fee for obtaining requested records. Our fee schedule is listed at the bottom of the Public Records Request Form and can be paid with cash or by check made payable to the Umatilla County Sheriff's Office. This fee must be received before your request for records can be processed. Once you have filled out and signed the Public Records Request Form please send it, along with payment for the records requested, to:
